The Opportunity
ANZ Talent Hub is recruiting an experienced Senior Project Manager for a technology organisation delivering complex enterprise software solutions.
This is an opportunity to lead end-to-end technology implementation projects, working closely with customers, engineering teams and business stakeholders to deliver successful outcomes.
We're looking for someone who is comfortable managing complex delivery environments, balancing commercial priorities and technical requirements, and building strong relationships with customers.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead enterprise software implementation projects from initiation through to delivery.
- Manage project scope, budgets, timelines, resources, risks and quality.
- Work closely with engineering, product and customer teams to coordinate delivery.
- Drive Agile delivery practices, including sprint planning, backlog prioritisation and release management.
- Manage stakeholder expectations, project reporting and financial forecasting.
- Identify delivery risks, resolve issues and implement continuous improvements.
- Build strong client relationships and support successful project outcomes.
- Mentor project teams and promote a collaborative, accountable delivery culture.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience managing complex enterprise software or technology implementation projects.
- Strong understanding of Agile delivery methodologies and project governance.
- Experience managing project budgets, commercial outcomes and senior stakeholders.
- Ability to work effectively with technical teams, product owners and customers.
- Experience with system integrations, data migration or enterprise platforms.
- Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving skills.
- Relevant project management qualifications such as PRINCE2, PMP or equivalent.
Desirable, but not essential:
- Experience with Salesforce or other enterprise CRM platforms.
- Exposure to energy, utilities or other complex industry environments.
- Familiarity with integration technologies such as MuleSoft or data integration tools.
